Review Your Assertiveness Skills:
Look at your answers and review your assertiveness skills.

What are your strengths? expressing compliments or appreciation.
What skills could you develop?  saying no without feeling guilty, speaking up in front of a group and telling people how I feel.
How could you develop your skills? practising saying no to people, being prepared to speak up and opening up to people and not holding it all in until I explode.

Additional point for reflection
How can you practice assertiveness when using social media? carefully watch what you write and how it sounds. not paying attention to negative people and unfriending people who are toxic.
