lesson 6 stress management

"stress is a condition or feeling experienced when a person perceives that demands exceed the personal and social resources the individual is able to mobilise" stress is something that effects me every day no matter how easy the day is going. it can affect my mood, my health and my relationship with my kids...I can get quite snappy when I am stressed. I've learned over the past year how to do deal with stress better and I am improving day to day with this.
