Personal statement
this is my personal statement on what I have evaluated I need to improve.
Key Skills For Improvement -
1) Patience
2) Team work
3) Listening Skills
I feel these are the three things I need to improve on to be successful in my interpersonal relationships and to help me get where I want to be in life. Patience is something I never used to have but am slowly getting better with experiences within college and especially family life. my listening skills could do with a substantial improvement as I feel that if am not interested in what others are saying then I just wont listen or I will be waiting on them finishing so I can change the subject. this I can improve on in many ways... especially in a college setting. I feel I have little room for improvement on team work but there is always room to improve any interpersonal skills.
